How did you join DeepSkill?
I founded DeepSkill five years ago because I believe performance starts with ownership, mindset and the courage to embrace change. Deep Skills are not nice to have. They are the foundation of future proof organizations. That is why we built DeepSkill.

How would you describe your team?
Open. Curious. Energetic.
High trust, high positivity, maybe slightly harmony driven, but always ambitious. We challenge each other without ego.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Traveling with my two kids. Long distance running.
I am a structured CEO with a bit of a business hippie core: meditation, nature and experiences that expand perspective.

How did you join DeepSkill?
After years in investment banking and leading large international projects as CFO and COO, I was looking for a place where business rigor meets real human transformation. DeepSkill felt like the natural next step.

How would you describe your team?
Blue sky thinkers with a strong execution mindset. We build the financial, operational and AI foundations that allow DeepSkill to grow quickly while making confident decisions.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy exploring new AI and productivity tools and reading about neuroscience and leadership. I use these insights constantly in both my work and personal development.

How did you join DeepSkill?
I joined DeepSkill because it combines business, education and leadership development. I enjoy building systems and translating complex topics like emotional intelligence into scalable solutions.

How would you describe your team?
My team is highly motivated and values open communication and honest feedback. We address challenges directly and work closely together, which allows us to move fast and deliver strong results.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love traveling and discovering new places and perspectives. At the same time, I enjoy quiet weekends reading, reflecting and practicing meditation and breathwork.

How did you join DeepSkill?
After working for several years as a trainer and coach, I wanted to gain deeper insights into strategic people development. Combined with my digital background, DeepSkill was the perfect fit.

How would you describe your team?
We work in different areas based on our strengths, but share one common passion: helping people develop the skills they need to grow professionally and personally.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, staying active and traveling whenever possible.

How did you join DeepSkill?
I joined DeepSkill to build the platform product from the ground up. This opportunity was especially compelling because of the product challenge and the chance to shape its long term technical direction early on.

How would you describe your team?
Our team is highly collaborative and takes strong ownership. We bring together product and engineering perspectives, challenge each other constructively and work with a shared focus on building a scalable platform with real impact.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether hiking, cycling, traveling or exploring new places.

As an education expert, I was drawn to DeepSkill’s unique combination of modern pedagogy, people development and innovative digital learning technologies.

How would you describe your team?
My team is diverse, open and highly motivated. We support each other, share knowledge and create an environment where everyone can contribute their strengths.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love traveling, discovering art and culture and connecting with people. I am curious about different perspectives and enjoy meaningful conversations.

I joined DeepSkill because I strongly believe in developing emotional and future skills. The combination of a digital platform with personal coaching convinced me immediately.

How would you describe your team?
Our team brings together strong personalities with different strengths and backgrounds. This diversity makes us highly cross functional and creates a motivating, collaborative culture.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling with my children, exploring new places across Europe. I also love going to concerts and experiencing live music.

I joined DeepSkill because it values teamwork and uses modern AI driven, human centered learning to help people grow personally and professionally.

How would you describe your team?
We are a motivated, AI driven team of problem solvers, and working together brings out the best in me.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I like spending my free time walking near the river with music, staying active through workouts, and experimenting with new recipes.

How did you join DeepSkill?
I saw the position on LinkedIn and then reached out to Miriam directly. Since I had already been working in HR diagnostics as well as leadership, learning and transformation, DeepSkill immediately felt like a strong fit both professionally and personally.

How would you describe your team?
My first impression is a special mix of professionalism, openness and genuine motivation to make an impact. The team feels very structured, energetic and at the same time warm and welcoming.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I am a family person and father of four daughters. I also enjoy being around people and draw a lot of energy from conversations, humor and shared ideas.

How did you join DeepSkill?
I joined DeepSkill because I believe deep skills drive sustainable growth. It is not just about knowledge, but about changing behavior through consistent training and coaching.

How would you describe your team?
My team is incredibly supportive and proactive. Everyone is motivated to do great work together, and there is always something to laugh about.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love staying active, from Hyrox and calisthenics to paragliding or bungee jumping. Anything that gets the adrenaline going.

I joined DeepSkill because I was looking for an ambitious startup environment where I could take ownership, grow quickly and make a real impact in a sales driven role.

How would you describe your team?
I am part of the Growth Team, where Marketing and Sales work closely together. We support each other, keep hierarchies flat and share the ambition to move fast and drive growth.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love being outdoors, whether winter sports, mountain biking or spending time in the mountains. I also enjoy cooking, gardening and traveling to discover new places.

How did you join DeepSkill?
With a background in high end gastronomy and the music industry, I joined DeepSkill to bring my passion for creating meaningful human experiences into organizational development.

How would you describe your team?
We are a team of dedicated change makers who believe mindset drives transformation. We support each other and aim to create the same growth environment internally that we offer our clients.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I am currently studying Sustainability Management and spend most of my time with my son. I also love creating memorable moments and culinary experiences for the people around me.

I joined DeepSkill as an intern. The team trusted my potential and supported my growth, which allowed me to take on more responsibility and continue developing within the company.

How would you describe your team?
We are a diverse team where everyone can be themselves. Even working remotely, we stay closely connected and collaborate to build meaningful solutions.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling and staying active through sports.

How did you come to DeepSkill?
I discovered DeepSkill on Indeed and was immediately drawn to the learning-oriented product and the vision of improving talent development and focusing on employee growth.

How would you describe your team?
The Growth Team is dynamic and always open to new ideas. What I particularly appreciate is the genuine team spirit and the way we collaborate to solve challenges together.

What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy doing Pilates or going for a run to clear my head. I'm also passionate about collecting board games and particularly love discovering beautifully designed games with strategic gameplay.

How did you join DeepSkill?
After graduating from my Marketing Master’s in 2022, I found the announcement for the Junior Marketing Manager position online. The rest is history.

How would you describe your team?
Fun people with a goal getter mentality.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family as well as doing sports, especially dance and yoga.

How did you join DeepSkill?
I discovered DeepSkill through a former colleague. The vision, product and opportunity to build structures in a growing startup convinced me to join and help shape how we work.

How would you describe your team?
We work in a very agile and collaborative way across HR, Operations and Finance. I value our openness to new perspectives and the strong teamwork across different topics.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love spending time in nature, especially on long distance hikes. Scotland is one of my favorite places. Whenever possible, I also enjoy riding my motorcycle.

How did you join DeepSkill?
My sister and father had worked with DeepSkill and spoke highly of the company. I applied for an internship between my Bachelor’s and Master’s and later stayed on as a working student.

How would you describe your team?
We work very closely together and have a great team atmosphere. Everyone has their own responsibilities, but helping each other is always part of how we work.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with friends and playing board games with my family. I am also a big music fan and always happy to discover new artists.

I discovered DeepSkill through its engagement at my university. The team’s passion and the vision behind the company convinced me to join.

I enjoy competitive matches on the tennis court and spending quality time with friends and family.
