Encavis faced the challenge of overcoming the complex organizational development issues that have arisen as a result of strong company growth. The young managers had to be optimally prepared for their new role. Rapid growth in the renewable energy sector introduced significant complexity that needed to be addressed. At the same time, new structures were created that required a uniform understanding of leadership. DeepSkill helps Encavis to provide young leaders with in-depth knowledge and to sustainably strengthen their self-confidence as managers.
