The People & Culture department, comprising over 20 experts, is responsible for talent acquisition, leadership development, and cultural change. One of its key initiatives is the Artemis Community – a multiplier program that strategically connects technical expertise with future skills, embedding forward-looking competence development across the organization.

A major digitalization initiative required not only technical expertise but also a cultural shift. Commerz Real quickly recognized: the true success factor lies in its people. To make Project Artemis a lasting success, it’s essential that carefully selected team members from across all areas of the organization understand change, actively shape it, and lead by example in their roles as multipliers. This is where DeepSkill came in – with a targeted development program tailored to support and empower these multipliers in driving sustainable transformation.

Empowering Multipliers – Driving Change
In close collaboration with the People & Culture team, DeepSkill developed a tailored learning journey for internal multipliers. The aim was not only to transfer knowledge, but above all to strengthen mindset, self-efficacy, and transformation capabilities – embedded in a ten-month blended learning journey. The program combines live trainings, peer practices, individual coaching, e-learnings, and four intensive community events – all methodically connected, highly practical, and directly aligned with the Artemis project.

Embedding a New Mindset Across the Organization
The program is already having a visible impact: participants are strengthening their self-efficacy, communication, and conflict-resolution skills – and applying them purposefully in their roles as coaches and change agents within their teams. With practical content closely tied to day-to-day work, the transfer into real business contexts is seamless. Peer learning and cross-functional collaboration are fostering a strong community culture. In 2025, the multipliers will continue to receive targeted input and take ownership of key topics – from process optimization to innovation. In this way, the transformation is being embedded sustainably throughout the organization.
